'If It's Football, It's Vital'

ToTT NUFC November Player of the Month

It wasn't a very good month, November, for one reason and another but one player shone in the eyes of many on Talk of the Tyne.

That player was Davide Santon. Who is our Player of the Month.

Only 21 but showing signs of his massive potential that had teams drooling at the mouth in past years.

A period with injury and what not, cooled this a bit but we saw something to take a chance and not see him as yet another youngster who hadn't reached his potential.

That patience or gamble has paid off as he's looking a bargain buy and will be one of the stars of the Premier League if he continues in this vein.

What makes this choice even more astounding is that some see him as a right back and to think that a right footed player playing in an unfamiliar position must take some getting used to.
