Worth a listen If you can get past the laughing, but to be fair if you’re not a Newcastle fan, Ashleys tenure is so inept and ridiculous it is funny. When you look back at the moves he's made what a monumental dickhead.

That made hard listening.

Basically it's not Ashley's that stupid it's us.

The hysteria over Pardew and the rapture over Rafa is concrete proof of that.

Ashley has wiped the fucking floor with us.
Even I found it difficult not to laugh at his cynical and piss taking antics

Some of it's not even cynical and piss taking, it comes from a complete lack of knowledge about the game, not even having the intelligence to bring in good footballing advisors, instead turning to Joe Kinnear, I mean where d'you start with that.

You could be right PK,
but when I listen to the summarised facts and how they were presented there,it comes across like he honestly does not give a flying fuck about us or football.

It's looking a lot like it's always been all about the money, and the bastards raked it in.

The way he took the piss out of a club legend like Keegan is stomach churning.

If the FA were worth their salt they would make sure this type of rape could never happen to another football club again.

They wont PieMag, they are too busy feeding at the same trough as Ashley.

How he could ever pass any fit and proper person's criteria now is beyond me.

The FA stand by and watch it, they don't have the balls, bottle, or cash to challenge any of these owners, they are bigger than the governing body now.....

It's the journalists that fuck me off, whether it's lazy journalism or fear of him, the ridiculous decisions he's made over the last 11 years should have been highlighted and laughed at by all media outlets, he'd really hate that, like most dictators he's very sensitive.

Thinking about this windows, loaners only, backs up the notion he wants out.

He could probably get near his asking price, and exit, without spending any dough.

I now await his asset strip in the next 7 hours...

Aye i'm torn with this one.

He's definitely sensitive,we've witnessed his petulance on a few occasions.

On the other hand he looked shameless when he appeared in front of the MPs investigating sports direct back in 2016,and equally shameless in that libel case last year.

Someone on here wrote recently that he welcomes all publicity.

He just needs to die soon.

Knowing him and with our luck he would probably leave the club to Denis Wise in his will mind.

Speaking to my boss about Ashley today. His sister works for The Sun (awful rag, I know) and apparently the number of injunctions he takes out on a monthly basis is unreal.

He’s a sensitive cunt and yet still nobody cranks up the pressure on him.

Thought this thread would have more legs like.

It's easy to have countless posts slagging off Ashley and Charnley but how can anyone listen to that feed and not see what the real problem is.

"In 2011-12 Alan Pardew won Premier League Manager of the Season and the LMA Manager of the Year awards"

"The thing is though with Pardew he finally left the club when he had about eight years left on his contract but the reality of the situation was when Pardew left you got rid of the molehill but you haven't got rid of the mole."

"It's inexplicable why Rafa took the job,the more I think about it the weirder it's got,if he's got any sniff that he's not going to be supported why would you take on a project like that"

"With Benitez he has been slagged off a lot he goes to Newcastle and the fans are begging him to stay."

"the fans are helping Ashley out in a sense and yet they are getting completely screwed over"

The rest of the country are finally cottoning on.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2018/02/02/ambition-geography-f...

The article was okay but a few parts left me a bit confused.

"The fans are depressed and constantly protesting against how the club is run"

Some fans at some clubs are,but as far as our lot go that's a big fucking porky.....isn't it ?

Daniel Sturridge may well have turned us down for geographical reasons but he's quoted as saying...

"The manager spoke very well when we talked about the challenge with the team, there was the style of play and this feels like it was the right fit at the right time."

Finally The headline states....

Ambition, geography and finances are what players consider before moving clubs - Newcastle tick none of those boxes

Then added....

"They have a passionate support, a wonderful stadium and a world-renowned manager in Rafa Benitez.

But the best players look for more. They see the bigger picture – the vibe they get from a club."

Speaking as a géordie exile and based on what I hear from my mates as well as reading various NUFC forums, the passionate support Carragher referrers to have sussed out the crap being served to them and as a result no longer attend.

Yes I agree the stadium is canny, although away supporters do tend to complain about the lack of oxygen ....

Finally, why the fuck is Benitez here ,if the players who don't come see the bigger picture, why can't he ?

While I agree with the ambition and wages aspect, the geography although no doubt an issue, can 9 times out of 10 can be dismissed if ambition and wages are right, money talks. Funny how Jamie Carragher pipes up after 11 years because Liverpool connections are involved, Ashley draining the hope has gone on for years. Can I also add that I don’t give a fuck what Daniel made out of glass shit dance Sturridge has said, he’s never done anything with his career and we dodged a bullet as far as I’m concerned. Him and Pards can dance the night away together until of course, one’s injured and one’s sacked.

I was so stunned by this embarrassing diatribe that I actually missed the message at 2:21 first time round.

Surely those that blindly separate the manager and players from the regime that employs them must be just as culpable as the 50,000 + who turn up every other week ?

While I'm sure all the facts are correct, it is also correct to say I was 'priced out' of my seat by the year on year massive increases imposed by Shepherd and Hall. That said it doesn't exonerate in any way what has happened since Hall sold his shares and left with a fortune. It wouldn't happen at Barca.

Yep. That's it. If you love the club, drive him out. Stay out, buy nowt. Make any prospective owner understand that we've learned our limit. There's so much to be made and enjoyed by the right investor.

It's the only way I can see any hope. I've not been since the Keegan debacle. How anybody could, is beyond me. Liars cheats and thieves: proven in court. My last bit of merch was a babygro sleepsuit in the colours bearing the slogan, "Eat. Sleep. Dream The Toon." My eldest is eleven now. You have to distance yourself, painful though it is. Because if you don't, he's not suffering at all. He's profiting and taking the almighty piss. OUT OF YOU.

I hope. I hang on. I come on here sporadically to air my frustration. For that, I'm sorry. But you have to realise - that bastard is there until you are not. Taking your money and taking the piss.

Stay out. Buy nowt. I can't put it any simpler.

And how many more are like you HB, who once the fat piece of piss is gone, would like to return, only to be prevented by those without the same fortitude.

Ashley has succeeded in dividing fans, the region, and provided a team unfit for purpose.

IF he had got it right a 100,000 seater would be full every week.

Remember how close we got to Manyoo, turnover near Barcelona, prior to his entrance, compare the 2 now with NUFC, and can anybody really say, he is a clever business man.

I am sorry he is managing expectations, and is a grade 1 cockney chancer, taking the piss out of the region, how people cannot, or refuse to see this is the sad thing.
