Don't deserve to stay up after that and I don't think Ashley gives a fuck to be honest. What is absolutely criminal is these gutless cunts still pick up their £20,000+ per week for being shit.

This team is even worse than the 2 previous teams that went down. I can't see them staying up.

So called business people haggling over £50m, those two dropped points could cost them over £100m if they are relegated...

What was up with Murphy today? He’s been getting better and better every game, cause I’ve had enough of that waste of space Atsu.

Roughly 5% of Ashley's wealth TF.

More like less than 2.5% but an excellent point nevertheless.

If we had of beaten Brighton and Swansea and drew away against West Ham and Stoke most people would have been happy with that. However today was an opportunity missed but Brighton and Huddersfield are now struggling and you could hoy a blanket between 7th and 20th as there's very little between them. Everton should be OK considering the money they've spent but everybody else is in a relegation scrap.

Fair point. There are also some errors in the calculation of Ashley's wealth. The authorities behind the calculation of the Sunday Times Rich List have not kept track of what he has done with the cash he raised from the SD flotation. He is worth a lot more than his stakeholding in SD, something which, in my opinion at least, he may have been a bit disingenuous about in, what I think of as, his justification for what some of us might perceive as stitching up Rafa.

Didn't he buy land in Chelsea for 200m that's worth at least 700m when developed. Even with the building costs he should clear between 200m and 300m profit.

Indeed he did but within his network of companies, either valuation may not have been used in the calculation of his wealth.

First goal at home in the league for 5 hours but a point is better than none after Bony missed a golden chance in injury time for the visitors. Looking at from a points situation, we have accrued 8 points from the last 5 games, certainly more than some of the teams around us. It hasn't gone unnoticed though that the team that started today also started in the Championship last season.

I think the fact many of us, me included, are relieved at a point at home against the team bottom of the league speaks volumes.
