A winnable game for us but one in which we'll be stung by a dodgy ref or something controversial and im expecting nowt.

Shows how quickly the table can change if a side gets a win with the bottom 3 potentially being anything from 3 of 8 teams or something after 5 o clock

With my father moving around, the first time I saw his team was at Upton Park. Pop Robson immediately became my hero. Poor Dad, I sat on his shoulders all the way through the game.

Amazingly, there was a masterclass in defence with a certain Bobby Moore and I think Tommy Taylor.

Other memories over the years include Charlton at Upton Park and memories blur

In all, a soft spot for West Ham and bearing in mind we live nearby for a few years, they became my 3rd club after NUFC and Orient.

However, things change. The Greenwood and Lyall years have been replaced by the likes of Pardew, Allardyce and Moyes, basically non football playing managers. The Upton Park days give a different environment. It is not the club it was and old friendships have gone.

I hope we stuff you out of sight.

A winnable game for us if our overrated manager chooses the right tactics.

I soooooo miss Upton Park Rexn, memories of my Dad taking me up there when I was just a nipper, parking myself and my brother in the corner of the pub with lemonade and crisps, the walk up Green Street after a few pints in the Queens, I always loved the bustle, stalls selling anything from programmes to burgers to those horrible half and half scarves. All gone ,now and we rent a gaff on an island at Hackney Marshes, 20 min walk from the station, Newham Council security over zealous job worths on the bridges before you actually get near a gate, fiver a pint, if you want a pie with it, it’s a tenner, can’t have a fag at the beer vans with your beer, I’m in the Upper Booby Moore Stand, gotten used to the view and could grow to like the place. Goldilocks,The Midget and Lady Brady have milked it dry, They are ten times worse than MA,.....you still have your ground. It’s my Dads anniversary today so glad he hasn’t been around to see the way our club has been raped by greedy dodgy cunts.

As for the game tomoz, no Lanzini and his suttle touches, Antonio back Arnie finally has found the net, Antonio if on song will damage you and If Adrian is in goal driving the defence from the back a home win, if Hart is in goal anything could happen.

Promotion season, 92/93, remember being outside the back end v Charlton, massive roar went up, Peacock had scored early.

Went on to win, happy evening in Leicester Square and around!

Excluding our games against the top six should we win all our remaining homes games and draw all our remaining away games we would have a total of 40 points. It's looking ominous, especially when you consider some of our previous results to not envisage Championship football next season.

That's not a team sheet, its a letter of resignation, in both senses of the word. Have we ever put a worse looking side out in the premiership? I doubt it.

Should be ahead, bit scrappy in places and need to finish these fucking chances!

Diame is just a waste of a shirt, offers nothing and does even less.

And of course Diame scores (though didn't celebrate ??)!! Goal's been coming we've hammered them (no pun intended) for a good half hr. l We've looked anything but a relegation threatened team.

Ref's fucked up royally, foul outside the area penalty area for West Ham given as a pen, but luckily Ayew didn't hit it well and Elliot saved brillaintly.

What a massively needed 3 points that was. Not out of the shit by any means but a defeat would have had so many repercussion. Just need some players next month and a new owner. Wonder what the the odds were for Saivet and Diame scoring in the same game
Not sure but it may be Rafa's 10th win in a row against a team managed by Moyes. The dour fecker will blame anyone but himself for the defeat.

Pleased for Rafa that the two players he was lambasted for picking before hand in Diame and Saivet, rewarded him with ok performances and goals to boot.

Barring the goal Diame was shite, Saivet did ok (nice free kick) thought Atsu looked quality at times and Joselu did a good job for the team, the sooner we get Clark out the side the better , he was dreadful.

Would sum up my lifetime of how typical it is supporting the toon for us to beat Man City in the next game.

You can get 14/1 for it as well.
