Maguire at Blyth recently signed a contract extension - so no chance there.

I doubt the fat bastard has seen his chopper in years.

It was another thought that occurred to me. Keegan left NUFC in a helicopter at the end of his last game.

It would be quite a statement to see Merino flown away at half time after being substituted.

I can understand Rafa staying until the Summer but after that and with the ability to get another constructive dismissal on Ashley's CV, he'll be gone.

What would throw the cat among the pigeons is a live resignation stating the reasons being dirty tricks.

Benitez could tesign live on tv and state Ashley is a thieving cunt who is raping the club and there would still be 50k at the next home game. Thats how we roll and Ashley knows it.

He's in on it man . What are people failing to see here ? Who benefits from all this ? Ashley ! Who else ? Benitez ! The man has compromised himself to keep collecting the paycheck. How much money is enough ? He's a co conspirator in the defrauding and rape of Newcastle United fans.

There's something not quite adding up here, either the rodent is asset stripping or taking the piss & a massive gamble which could cost him millions.
Either way I wouldn't expect the torches & pitchforks tomorrow evening but there's 10 days before our next home game against the mancs.
Ample time for a protest & boycott to materialise if organised properly, plus it's live on sky.
It's time for United fans to start shouting the odds OUTSIDE the ground.
The "Rafa effect" is in its dying embers,Rafa needs to walk after tomorrow's game,it might just galvanise them that go & them that don't to let the fucker know he's not going to get it all his own way.

On your point, Rytoon, after the final whistle goes tomorrow, there will be just over an hour before the window closes. I remember being a part of (maybe even an instigator of) the sit in when we lost the Leazes roof.

Anyone who goes has the opportunity to sit in and make their feelings known. It will be harder for police dogs to clear them out in an all seater stadium.

No, the time to make a point is when the iron is hot. Any of the sheep should keep on grazing until the close of the window.

But for those that aren't there (I've given my tickets away) the iron should be white hot Thursday morning.

Personally i hope they do sit in and protest and make their feelings known but i wont hold my breath, its a different world in the 70’s and 80’s Ashley would have been run out of town years ago but people cant be bothered anymore as long as the mobile phone signal is good.

Fatty's tightness could pay dividends for our close competition.

Ashley wont even know the score until Thursday at the earliest. He's just not bothered about anything but how he prospers. Bad publicity is good in his eyes as his ads will be shown on TV if any protest gets air time.

I dont think he's arsed either way. He's washed his hands of any game plan and is letting the club run itself.

Like anything that comes from PR Direct, there'll never be anyone to back anything up with quotes.

This has happened to many times though and as was said at the time, the time to do this properly was when Keegan was shafted. What has played out since has been pretty much to the script of what everyone has predicted, hence the watered down anger.

The only way to sort this is obvious and is the only way Ashley will depart the club, the only problem being we dont live in 1600 England or have a member of the mafia support NUFC.

Agree,he'd be bothered if we could muster just a thousand with a few village idiots amongst the pitchforks.
Maybe this board could be more proactive.

Im all for people doing something but we have been very proactive over the years. We were probably the first board to turn and got something of a reputation.

We had our own split on here with the happy clappers and the sunshine club being on one side and the disgruntled on the other.

We've all emailed the club, we've emailed the companies involved with Ashley, we've boycotted, some returned, we've abused, came up with articles that got information into the public domain, some even met the club. It's all on Ashley and 11 years of austerity tells you everything you need to know of his future intentions.

Fuck me I remember when fans turned up to question Keegan over selling Andy Cole. This fat fucker has raped the club and everyone turns up to watch the shite he has on the pitch.Someone like Keegan questioned. That Keith Downie is at the training ground all day tomorrow.Wasting his time but will be spinning the shite we are trying to sign players. All from a prepared agenda sent to sky from the fat cunt.
My prediction, nobody in and a statement saying closed for business at 6pm.

And thats the nail on the head right there. There are those that can see whats happening and there is the others that wont change. There are still fans out there that would rather blame anyone but Ashley and believe his bile.Until everyone pulls in the same direction what chance have we got.

Aye,this board was proactive Toon & is as split as ever,if anything far more now.
Some on here want us relegated & I understand that,as long as tubby walks.
Others just go for their fortnightly fix, some just watch us on live streams & kick every ball & will never set foot in S.J.P. again whether he's here or not, just find the whole sordid affair too painful,we've been divided by one man for a decade, not dissimilar to the fuckers who are presiding over our country.
Letting them get away with it is another thing, apathy is not an excuse.

Rafa's number 1 keeper target is allegedly on his way for a medical pending a loan deal. Martin Dúbravka.

Also rumblings of air about Slimani being our number 1 striker target all along and Leicester have said the terms of what loan they would accept. Also talk of the Danish lad being resurrected but so far ive not hoyed on Sky Sports Regurgitating News and dont intend to.

I'll check twatter again at dinner time and there'll be nee F5 pressing the day.

Slimani is apparently on a loan deal (with different folk saying there may be a loan to buy option) as we refused to meet Leicester's asking price for a full deal last summer . Quite what it says to the player, "we've tried to sign umpteen other people before you", and the fact that trying to do any sort of deal on the last day with Leicester very likely busy selling Mahrez to City (and if that goes through how weak will they want their squad) is going to be very very difficult.

Slimani will fall through by 10:30pm tonight due to injury no doubt or the club will be desperate to try and quell the growing anger.

As it is, he has 12 goals in 44 games for Leicester since he signed for £28m 2 Summers ago.

I know as I said up above somewhere, it's not the 1600's or mainland Europe, the Far East or South America. If it were, this would have been sorted in 2008.

A crocked Leicester reserve on loan to go with the Chelsea bad boy- such crumbs should be enough to stop any half-baked sit down protests royally in their tracks. What joy. All’s well in the world after all.
