The ladies of West Bromwich cheesy nightclubs best beware with those two on the prowl. Expect the traditional Pards uplift resulting in an early top half finish with all the ‘ experts’ saying what a good manager he is. Then the capitulation and sacking within 12 months. It’s the Pardew way.

People who wonder why the national game is in such a shit state, should only look at the appointment of these 2 failures.

Jobs for the boys, Ingurland stands no chance looking into the future.....

Apparently, they were impressed by what he said. Do these people not look at prospective employees actual records?

I feel sorry for the West Brom fans i have always had a soft spot for WBA as it was one of my first away game back in the 70's i think it was a 6th round FA cup game.

Funnily enough, one of West Brom's better managers was Jesse Carver who also played for NUFC. I think he has the highest win ration of any permanent West Brom boss. Most of his managerial career was in Italy and elsewhere in Europe.

Quote of the day is from Pards: “John’s been a brilliant assistant manager. He has a good understanding of the pressures I will come under.”

Yes, they were both crap and know all about winless streaks.

On the plus side, Pards should add a bit of humour at the West Brom training ground. Have you seen the dead rat he has stuck on his chin?

Just read his interview on Sky. Going on about how him, Fat Sham and Moyes are some of the best around with the best statistics.

Fucking hell, he’s a deluded cunt.

He's a twat going about how he's been to formula 1 and rugby to learn new methods sky seem to lap it up and no doubt they will be touting him for England if he wins a couple of games.

Can someone please explain to me why the same fucking serial losers always get jobs in the top division? Do these owners not realise they will need to pay them off sooner rather than later, with a multimillion pound compo settlement.

Why don't they give a hungry young lower league manager a go rather than these losers. I've heard that fat Sam is Evertons new manager surely not ??

He is looking to sign a new left back in January, Boris Johnson I think.

Same old merry go round of shit.

You couldn’t mould a good manager out of all 4.

It gets crazier. Allardyce was watching his new club beat his old club whilst Moyes was back at his old club where he hasn't won since leaving.

Patrdew's first match is entertaining his old club whilst Hodgson goes up against his old club for the first time but ......

wait for it .......

at the end if the season, at least one of those serial failures will be deemed to have saved his new club since only 3 clubs get relegated.

So once the greedy twat has refused to sell and Rafa leaves in the summer, we just need Moyes and Hodgson for a full house, exciting times ahead.

The biggest joke in all this is that each and every one of those 'managers' named in this thread, have current deals that would have overlapped old deals that they've already been paid for in advance by their compensation deals.

I wouldn't like to hazard a guess how many years pay in advance hippo heed has but an example in all this is Parsnip, he signed an 8 year deal here but in that time it was due to end in 2020, he will have had that paid up, he's also had his Crystal Palace deal paid for in advance and his new West Brom contract pay due up until then. An absolute joke and shouldn't be allowed.

Pardew may have had an 8 year deal, but compo was for 1 year only.

Same as the others, I am sure the second he takes another job, the compo stops.

They shouldn’t get compensation full stop. Essentially they get sacked for gross incompetence. In what other line of work would you be rewarded for abject failure without just being told to fuck off?

Rafa is supposedly staying regardless of a takeover happening. Just hope he gets the chance to try and rebuild us with someone elses name above the door though.
