Is it true that he is very unhappy with MA? Lots of talk that we could be getting yet another ex manager of yours. Give me a Waiter for ten Hippos any day of the week. ??????????

If he is unhappy and is away next season, i would thank him for being a class act getting most of the city talking about football again for positive reasons. I would also wish him well and would not be too disapointed if Slaven arrived here.

He should be unhappy CM,did you read what his employer had to say about his recruitment policy ?

Anyway forget about him turning up at your place,West ham fans appreciate attacking football that's easy on the eye don't they ?

I like TP idea though, send Slaven up to us.

Good football would be welcomed here, plus he looks like the sort of bloke that would take no shit from the likes of Ashley.

No harm in dreaming pyrry.

A scary looking Croation reverse fast-roping Ashley's helicopter with an axe gripped between his teeth.

Id have Slaven Bilic over Benitez in a heart beat. I doubt the team could play with less ambition than it seems to do at the minute.

I would still have Rafa over Slaven, hope Rafa stays and gets Tubbs to open the biscuit tin for some decent transfers. As i say if Rafa does leave and according to some this will happen, then i wouldnt mind Billic here, i like his passion and no nonsesnse approach.
He had Croatia playing well and Besikas after that were doing well in European competition.

ALL the fans still behind Benitez. But after atrocious Fulham performance many are beginning to doubt. Full backs so slow they're arthritic, The captain has more bad games than good, and the defensive policy for home games baffle us all
I can certainly understand Benitez getting fed up with Ashley and his pug lapdog though

His remit, is to get us up.

I'd have Kermit the Frog if it got us back to the top flight, instead of shite like the Makems.

I can see why he might be pissed off with fatty but maybe fatty is thinking i don't want to waste millions on players if the manager isn't up to it. And from what ive seen his football is gash to say the least.

It doesn't matter if the squad isn't his if he is a top manager he should be able to work with what he's got, but they play fucking terrible football. If i were fatty i wouldn't give him a hefty fund for players because chances are he will be gone next season.

think the only reason he will be gone next season bbc is because he feels betrayed from his contractual negotiations. If he was promised one thing and then let down ie funds for Jan window. Maybe the only reason he is staying to complete the job is out of some feeling towards the fans.
His football may not be to everyones pleasing but it has got us top of the league, so working with players of lesser skill perhaps he is used to working with he has moulded them to table toppers as we speak.

If fat sam who in my opinion was some of the worst football i have ever seen at St James's park had won a trophy i would have been over the moon ........cos it would have been a monkey off our back, seldom would i have thought of the shite football that trophy would have been won by. Just like Rafa's job atm is to get us promoted simple as that. Next season IF promted better calibre of football player and possibly different tactics (at times) who knows. But his current tactics until last week had seen us with the best attack on goals scored and the best defence on goals conceded. What more can he do?

He can't be expected to wave a magic wand, and suddenly turn relegation shite into European place contenders - it takes time.

One step at a time - get us back into the top tier before we think about the type of football we want to see.

You don't seem to know much about Benitez cuck old boy.

According to the fans,he was responsible for gash football at Chelsea,Napoli and Madrid.

Keep up.

But that's just fine and dandy - talk shit all you want, I'm going to comment on the football.

It isn't Benitez's team yet? Well that's the first untruth. Maybe you just say that because most of his signings can't get in the team as they're simply not good enough?

So he brought in what he brought in, during the summer, and straight away its 'his team'??

FFS.

It takes about 3 years to get rid of all you don't want from the previous manager, to bring in your own, and yes, some of them won't fit.

It's utter bollocks to suggest two windows and 'thats it, its his team now'.

Darlow, Lascelles, Dummett, Anita, Mbemba, Shelvey, Mitrovic, Gouffran, Ameobi, Elliot, Colback and Perez for starters aren't his. That's before you count the likes of Sterry, Armstrong, Toney and Thauvin who are/were out on loan.

Bilic is not a great manager, for a defender he can't set a team up to defend, constantly plays players out of position and some of his buys are rubbish, that fool from Swansea Ayew is a total waste of twenty million pounds. Luckily for West Ham there are sides worse than them in the league, still not safe yet though. End of season I think and hope that Bilic is shown the door, he seems to be a nice guy but a good manager he is most definitely not.

Optimistic soundings from the usual suspects that Ashley wants Rafa's mood sorted in order to progress.

Wonder who will sort Ashley's mood out if we fail to go up?

Well if Rafa goes and there is nothing to suggest he will or wont as yet,I would like to see Ian Holloway here,,did wonders at Blackpool and I think he could do a job here. Not everyones cup of tea but a good honest hard working manager and he loves the club.

I also think he comes across as a decent bloke but he's too up front for the regime and would never get a job here.

Yet another twist to the saga with headlines of 'Benitez to stay at Newcastle' in this morning's newspaper. Time will tell I suppose but there is always the feeling of deja vu.
