Demonising the most vulnerable in society is their
Modus operandi when trying to deflect attention from
The real criminals in power

The establishment by Owen Jones is a pretty succinct account
Of how the system works.

It's a fucking brilliant and shocking book that everyone SHOULD read.

Just started to read it and it's ticking all my boxes so far.

Amazing isn't it. The Queen is supposed to be "above politics", yet her very presence prevents any Socialist from serving and sticking to their principles. We're now told that JC is being disrespectful in not kneeling before her and kissing her hand. How is that disrespectful? Would you kiss Hitler's hand because protocol demanded you do so?

That structure is in place for a reason, to stop any populist movement that might threaten the ruling elite . Keep us down with history, keep us down with tradition, keep us down with the economy so on and so forth. Up the republic .

People know what they're told. At one time it was the church that was the system of control now we have state controlled media in Murdoch and The Beeb and marketing driven media in ITV etc . People have more power than they ever really realize, they never allow themselves to see what they're conceding. Those that do often feel more disenchanted . There is a lot of beauty and wonder in this world and a lot we're capable of. The Establishment need us far more than we need them .

As much as I like Corbyn as a person, history tells us once elected, all politicians change their tune.

The left wing and the right wing both belong to the same bird.

Also, as already mentioned there is no way the powers that be would let him do as he wants.

They will probably find a way to oust or get rid of him. he doesn't fit the agenda.

The vicars daughters rhetoric is looking more insipid by the day & at last coming under
stronger scrutiny.
With some polls giving them only a 5% lead over labour, this could go to the wire.
Regardless of whether folk like Corbyn personally or not his policies are there for all to see, there's a possibility however small
to kick these fuckers into touch.
The "strong & stable" bunch are starting to look wobbly & weak & as greedy & uncaring as ever.

Anyone who votes Conservative really needs to look at themselves if they get back in because they're falling for a stage managed opinion that still defies logic.

They're unelectable but because there's a lie that Corbyn is this, that or the other, the focus is on discrediting him when the reality is there is not one policy worth voting on and they're smug by thinking they can get away with it because it seems they are.

The rich 1% of the country manipulating the gullible with the help of the controlled press and in my opinion, bookmakers that are giving false info with their odds.

Wilco - 13/9/2015 10:04

Shocking indictment on the state of our country when a complete arse like Cameron is somehow elected as PM - twice. Corbyn offers a genuine alternative to the cronyism that has polluted British politics for my entire life, be that the Tories or Labour in power. Thank fuck for the alternative, although I think those hoping for a revolution might be a little disappointed. Corbyn's role is to rebuild and re-calibrate Labour back to what it ought to be, and I honestly think he'd be the first to admit that. The only way he'll have a fighting chance of getting elected in five years is by drawing back the vote from the SNP in Scotland - no easy task.

Just read page 2,I'd vote for Wilco if he hoyed a rosette on.

A decent bloke but not a decent politician, the labour party's manifest is a joke from what I have seen. They will plunge the country into billions more in debt. And they haven't got an idea on how to go with handling Brexit.Worst case scenario here is if he has to form a coalition with that numpty north of the border. As the party I would vote for is not strong enough to oppose the government, only getting one seat at the last general election despite getting over 4 million votes I am afraid I will be voting for May.At least she seems adamant to get us a good deal with Brexit that will benefit the country in the long run.Oh and don't get me started on Labours proposal to disarm our country in both nuclear armaments and a mass reduction in our armed forces personnel.

Labour's manifesto has been hijacked by The Establishment with so many untruths out there it's unbelievable.

All anybody has on Corbyn is scaremongering based on fuck all. Under The Tories, we have proof that things have worsened so if anything, a benefit of the doubt could be given to see how Labour actually does although the fact that it could collapse the dreams of the big wigs around them, it's a chance they want to avoid at all costs and by that I mean ALL COSTS.

The NHS has been underfunded and with that the many permutations of anger caused. Private companies creaming it in via agency staff and the 'run for profit' arm of the health service with the ultimate aim for an American style health service to come in eventually as they hope we'll bend over and accept it in place of a system they have deliberately sabotaged.

Debt under Labour was pretty steady until the world recession which hasn't actually been explained of it's hidden intention. Regardless of the figures, it was around 40% of the economy with the recession raising this to 65%.

In real money terms, this was a debt of around £500 billion, rising to about £1100 billion when the Tories took over. As it stands and with their 7 years in power, it's at a debt of just under £2000 billion and around 90% of the economy.

All this extra debt created by the corrupt Tories with their back handers from the Saudi's for arms to kill innocent kids or fund terrorists and the secret deals to Qatar amongst other things which blow the Corbyn bashing so far out of the water that hypocrisy would be laughable.

All this extra debt created against a back drop of massive cuts across the welfare state, the NHS, the bedroom tax, cuts against all the emergency services of around 10,000 people in each minimum, abolishing of the independent living fund, cuts to child benefit, social care, mental health etc etc etc. All these cuts but higher debt? How's that even possible?

Labour provided costing for their manifesto which will be part funded by raising corporation tax back to a level it was before the Tories lowered it and if people can manage supposedly when getting their ESA cut by £30 which is a massive percentage loss per week then a raise of a few percent to the rich to cover the cost is a drop in the ocean in comparison. It's all greed when they can claim a lot of stuff back through their VAT anyway.

As for Corbyn being anti-nuclear then aren't we all. I dont think he is actually wanting our deterrent abolished and has clearly put in the manifesto that the renewal will happen. All he said was that he would look at other ways to avoid the use first and not be push the button, ask questions later like what Donald Trump would do. He is also actively in favour of looking at ways of avoiding battles instead of just bombing for bombings sake. An action that has clearly caused more bother than it's cured. This is without mentioning that the Tories have left the armed forces as they are now in a worse state than when they got them with numbers lower and equipment not fit for purpose.

Finally for now, too much focus has been on the Brexit shite, who even thought of such a daft name in the first place for coming out of a union? It stinks of back handers to me and creations of racist tones or an us against them feeling with the immigration numbers deliberately increased to create this feeling. The whole Tory manifesto just reeks of lies in that if we vote for them they'll close the border to a limited number of foreigners for a safer country. A problem that they created I may add.

Too many of the Tory U-turns are to change things back to what they were before with many what they were under other parties and dont get me started on this ripping up of the Human Rights rules as we all know who that'll be used against. Those that use food banks now will probably be one of the first victims of this.

Two great posts there toony.

Sadly a hd quality video of May with a strong and stable strap on attached around her waist, standing behind their bent over parents whilst lewdly thrusting her hips at them would have zero effect on the majority of those that read those rags.

Sadiq Kant Mayor of London, Labour Party, close friend of the traitor Corbyn openly stated that since we live in a big city we must acccept terrorist attacks as a way of life ffs. His other closet friends number hate preachers and radical Islamists,he didn't go out if his way to condem his fellow Muslim for the recent terror attacks. He should not be in the position that he is in eh? Who put him there in the first place, surely you have read that in your media up north, even Trump has commented on it. So imagine the chaos if hundreds of little Kant's got elected and were allowed run the country!

The Tories have our forces in a mess CM.

We have for example the smallest naval fleet in our history and the smallest army since the 1850s
These are facts that make part of your statement confusing at best.

The queen, under the instructions of the conservatives shook the hand Martin McGuinness, why you choose to focus on Corbyn being a IRA sympathiser can only be down to media brainwashing.

The exit polls suggests that Labour have NO chance of been the largest party,so you can relax on that front.

Your blaming the terrorist attacks on this country on the leader of the opposition and I'm presuming you mean the former shadow home secretary Diane Abbott ?

Is it not far more realistic to blame those who actually have had a hand in policies that have shaped the current landscape . Say the former Home Secretary Theresa May for example ?

Theresa May's mantra on public services, that it is possible do “do more with less”, is based on her experience of cutting police numbers – down by 20,000 since 2010 (for anyone struggling to visualize the impact that's roughly half the population of Durham, just wiped out of the police force). The threat level was lowered far too quickly after the bombing in Manchester against the advice of the intelligence services. The reason? It was considered a strain on our already over stretched services, the police didn't have the numbers to cope so the army had to be called in. The Border Force has seen over 1'000 staff axed on her watch. In 2010 there were 12,700 personnel in the security and intelligence agencies, staff there were cut with a promise to recover them over time. We're still waiting. In George Osborne’s budget statement in autumn 2015 four times as much spending was committed to overseas counter terrorism than counter terrorism in this country. Temporary exclusion orders, introduced by Ms May in 2015, make it easier to block potential British terrorists from returning to the UK, but have been used on just one occasion.
Theresa May's actions as both Home Secretary and Prime Minister have made every single one of us more vulnerable than we once were.

Anyways, your pro Labour arguments sound good but they are not for me, neither are the Tories ideas I just feel that as pro Brexit they are the lesser of the two evils. Both of them will fuck us over. I voted for a local independent candidate who has no chance of winning a seat in a Tory constituency that has been a stronghold for them since the 19th century. One of the biggest agendas on his card were the millions of potholes in our area., and a crackdown in the horrah Henrys and their regular illegal days out with their packs of hounds. Nite nite!

Funny how you construed my comments as pro Labour when all they really were were facts about the recent actions of Theresa May and the historical actions of a former leading figure in the Conservative party. You never did answer the questions CM , Was Doulgas Hurd's meeting with Adams and Danny Morrison in 1977 an effort at negotiations or was that IRA sympathizing ?

Also (if indeed you were referring to her ) when has Diane Abbott been a racist ? Examples and cited sources will do just fine .
