Random quote: Keggy Keegal on Pardew saying we 'rebooted' - yeah we rebooted then Carver pressed Ctrl, Alt, Delete brought the task manager up and we could see Colo was using too much ram , so we ended the process and erm we're unlucky not to get something

There's one thing I'll say for McClaren, he seems like a decent bloke compared to the arrogant twats we've had recently in Pardew, Allardyce and Souness, although you have to wonder how decent can somebody be to work for that fat arsehole.

Chris Hughton managed with little support from the board and while there was debate about how good he actually was he did bring a quiet dignity to the role.

In fairness to McLaren he probably thinks he can do a good job. He is a very decent coach and just perhaps if he isn't responsible for selling and buying players then that pressure is removed from his shoulders I.e he coaches what he has and given. So will identify the weaknesses in the team and others will fill the gaps

That said WTF he wants to work with our clown of a chairman and MD is beyond me - he will probably ask for a striker and end up with a new physio.

Maybe this is the pressure side he doesn't want - just a thought

They try to present this image of being professional and responsible in searching for anew Manager when everyone knows that they are clueless and amateur. They are twiddling their thumbs and no doubt the final decision will be the expected cop out.
