The Man Who ..

was told to fuck off by the club when diagnosed with cancer. The man who paid for his own treatment whilst under contract with the club. The man who the club used in his return from illness as an attempt to rally the troops is the man who's ensured the clubs Premier League survival. Pleased for Jonas who's always given his best unlike many. Gutted for any true Newcastle United fan.

I wont lie, I jumped off the settee when he scored and forgot about everything for a few seconds. A great end to his story.

Pissed off at the result but happy for Jonas, treated shockingly by the club when the chips were down but what a way of ending his Newcastle career.

He beat cancer. Every days a win when that happens . Much more important than a football game or club or goal. Shame our club didn't have the perspective to see that.
