What players did he bring in during his last reign of terror

Nolan, Raylor and Lovenkrands in (so reasonable signings in hindsight)

N'zogbia and Given out.

Kinnear and now possibly Wise coming back as well, is this cockney cancer TRYING to piss off the fans or what? Does that stupid cunt not remember what happened last time those 2 other imbeciles were involved with this club? Hope it implodes around them and Ashley ends up bankrupt the fucking fat troll!!!

Surely now, we should try and get something organised. All well and good people boycotting, fair play to them, but we need to mobilise, get the message out. Spell it out for people. Clearly some of them have short memories, but there has to be a backlash to this. The hierarchy has to be shown that we aren't happy with this "jobs for the boys" system that they employ. The hostility has to return, and quickly because currently the fat man is acting with impunity because those of us who see him for what he is seem to be in the minority. We need a group like the red knights at manure, build support for ourselves, give interviews to the local press (lets face it they can print it with impunity purely by saying these are the views of a group of supporters not their own). People need rallying round to drive out the scourge on this club that is mike ashley.

Already said that on TheMag site today DLG. This is to remind any of you muppets out there who thought Fatman was doing a good job that he's a cock end when it comes to running a football club.

"Former Newcastle United manager Joe Kinnear has returned to the club as their new director of football as owner Mike Ashley looks to shake things up in response to their disappointing season last term.

Kinnear took over the reins in September 2008 following Kevin Keegan’s controversial resignation and remained with the club until April 2009, when he left due to heart trouble.

Since his departure, he has remained in close contact with both Ashley and managing director Derek Llambias, with the two remaining convinced that the club would not have been relegated from the Premier League in 2009 had he remained as manager."

Ha ha ha ha ha this is up there with the very best of "You couldnt make it up" tales of all time

Shamelessly nicked from another forum.

"We were on a good run of form when I took ill. It looked like staying up was going to be a doddle."- Joe Kinnear June 2009,

JFKs last 8 results -
Wigan (A) lost 2-1
Liverpool (H) lost 5-1
Hull (FAC R3) (A) drew 0-0
West Ham (H) drew 2-2
Hull (H) (FAC R3 Replay) lost 1-0
Blackburn (A) lost 3-0
Man City (A) lost 2-1

In some ways Wise being brought back might be a good thing, if JFK coming back doesn't spark some kind of response, the poisoned dwarf returning in any capacity surely will. IF not then all hope is lost and we should just give it up and go and watch gateshead

We have been made a laughing stock of a club, and this has to be the final nail in the coffin......unbelievable, Ashley is slowly getting what he wants, the total ridicule of the club and its fans......revenge is sweet, while still raking in millions.

I wouldn't give this lot the shit off my shoe!

He was manager of Wimbledon so could give Pardew tips on route 1 football. I am absolutely stunned what's happening to our football club. Ashley wants revenge and he isn't half getting it. Somebody must know where he lives - surely.

So just to recap

We have an owner that hates us and will make as much cash as possible be making decisions to spite us.
We have an MD that runs us like he runs one of his casinos, basically he's a villain.
We have a director of football that is so incompetent every time he opens his mouth Sir Bobby turns in his grave.
We have a manager that has taken us as far as his hoofball tactics allow, and we would love to get rid.
We have a captain that wants to leave but we wont let him no matter what (lets see his form next season).
We have a vice captain that wants to leave and if someone offers a good price he is gone (along with the rest of the team).
We have a sponsor that extorts money from the poor to give to the rich and does it with a smile on there face.

We have a season to look forward to where the only positive is the guys like myself who will still go and support the team but my tolerance level is usually about 10 games, that's now down to 1

The only positive is if it gives people the kick in the arse needed to be militant with the club . Absolutely stagerred by this . Not a whisper of it anywhere . Is it an attempt to make Pardew resign ? Any reaction from him on it ? Is this Ashley's insurance policy in case of a bad start to the season ? Mind's racing as to what successful business man would think this is a good idea.

If we re-sign WISE in any shape or form, I think this will be the straw that breaks the camels back and causes an enormous revolt.
He is without doubt the most despised person in Newcastle.

You can't blame people for their loyalty as it's been ingrained for decades.

However, I reckon there'll be a fair few on the phone or at the box office tomorrow cancelling their season tickets.

It may make no difference to the club coffers but it'll make people feel a tad better.

I just can't see the reasoning on any level . I could understand the appointment of Pardew as chief puppet but if we need a director of football (exactly what's d.o.f. gonna do here) why Kinnear ? The only reason is in case Pardew walks or is sacked and he'll have a puppet already waiting under a contract .

If you go to the game, no matter how you dress it up, you are supporting the regime.

Unless you do something the regime will keep on treating you, and by proxy the rest of us, like cunts.

If you want change then make it happen. First thing is to give up your season ticket and stop going. Reduced attendances would send a message, and don't believe the hype about money through the gate not mattering that much anymore. An empty, or even half empty stadium, will soon have them thinking again.

Either do it, or stop fucking crying lads. The choice is yours, but I don't want to hear anyone moaning while still doing fuck all about it.

I think the only logic is that if we have a poor start to next season then Pardew's replacement is already there. In the business world, it's called "succession planning".
I just call it CRAP.

You've got to go to the game man, support the lads man, why aye man!

OL has it right, if you go to the game, spend money at the ground or wear a Wonga shirt then you're part of the problem. You're lining Ashley's pockets and he's laughing at you while he screws you over.

It's alright though because you've got to go to the game man, support the lads man, why aye man!

Ashley doesn't care about reduced attendences OL, the financial impact is becoming smaller with each new TV deal, and ashley has shown by agreeing to the deal with wonga and appointing jokers like kinnear and pardew that he doesn't give a toss about how the club is perceived by people. Will be interesting to see if pardew does resign over this, but I don't think he will. Supposedly the idea was pitched in the infamous "post season review" so pardew will no doubt have agreed. and as i alluded to earlier, if kinnear is having final say on transfers, it'll give pardew another ready made excuse (And in a way a fall guy) if things go wrong. "don't blame me, i didn't want the players we signed". Agree with TNMW that a few people will be cancelling STs in the next week or so. It's yet another slap in the face to loyal supporters this.
