Agbonlahor out

With a ridiculous early kick-off to contend with, one potential bonus will be Villa flier gabby Agbonlahor missing out on the game. Having tormented us on the break with his pace earlier in the season at SJP, it`ll be a bonus not to have to contend with that one. New England squad member Curtis Davies is expected to return however.

Villa missing agbonlahor. Toon missing obafemi. But u have ashley, we have owen. Game on! should be a cracker!
Toon4LiFe
Great start for you, Owen with another header after 4 minutes, cant see it staying like this, going for a 3-2 Villa win.
will it ever happen
4-1!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought we were poor first half, but didn't think you deserved a hlf time lead. Michael Owen looks a shadow of his former self no wonder Capello dropped him to the bench and left him there. Butt and Smith should put more effort in o playing the game than moaning to the ref

Villa fan in peace, just curious what you guys think about the expectations that your club seemingly set from the top down? I understand your devotion to the club, but having not really won any of the major tournaments, how is it that newcastle seem to have this attitude of grandeus before it's reached? Or are you just misunderstood? Good luck for rest of season, hope keegan is given time to turn things around.

Milner played well, you should get rid of the deadwood and concentrate on youth, you'll get the passion with them, which lacked in 2nd half today.

Contributions to our 4-1 defeat.... carr (at left back) barton (in midfield) smith (up front) Yes they have some qualities but it was there for all to see that after we went 2-1 down by the 55 min we needed a change!!! why wait so long to bring on EMRE and leave SMITH on doing nothin all game!?!? AND WHY IS ENRIQUE STILL ON THE FOOOOOOKIN BENCH. I BLAME KK'S DECISIONS TO WHY WE LOST SO BAD SECOND HALF. The result is the reflection of this.
Toon4LiFe
Embarrassing. What Barton aims to achieve by trying to smack the crap out of people every day is beyond the pale. I wouldn't mind but he adds nothing on the pitch.

I swear that Milner lad needs to be playing for the Villa. Not trying to start an argument here but I don't think you have shown him enough respect over the years. He may have said it would have been a mistake to move to Villa permenantly but surely he can see it now. Something needs to be done about him. Ashley on the left and Milner on the right sounds like a deadly combo and Jamie would get into the England squard that way as well. Anyway unlucky on the result boys. Its a shame you've got to play Man U after this one
