Bianchi to Lazio = Pandev?

The BBC this evening are reporting that Rolando Bianchi is set to complete his move to Lazio until the end of the season by tomorrow. So how does this effect us? Given our interest in Goran Pandev it now suggests that the Italians might now be in a position to let the player leave.
