Beasts` Bairns Battered

Andy Carroll sent Kevin Keegan a very forcible nudge tonight by crashing home a hat trick against the Nappy Ripper Reserves. Goals on 22, 69 and 77 minutes showed a great side to the lad, who had been at Preston on loan for the first half of the season. Carroll`s goals were sandwiched by a Johnny Godsmark strike and a Dan Neary effort, with the Smoggie Graeme Owens being sent off and Kazenga LuaLua being unfortunately stretchered off.
