'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Shay talks tactics

Having already massively welcomed the appointment of Mighty Mouse to the hotseat, Shay Given has expressed his delight at the fact Milner, Zog and Duffer will be given license to thrill in an attacking line up. Shay said:

'I don't know if I will be very busy but the most important thing is to get three points and the right results. Every fan will be back on the edge of their seat again, I'm sure. He is very much a 4-4-2 man, two wingers, getting the ball into the box for the centre forwards, creating lots of chances. We have Damien, Charles N'Zogbia, Milner providing the crosses. That can only be good for the club. When he was last here, you watched them on the TV and it was fantastic to watch. The fans didn't know what was going to happen next.''
