Laursen leaves the door open

Becoming a free agent in the summer means the vultures start sniffing and it looks like ourselves and Spurs are circling Villa Park with a view to grabbing goalscoring centre half Martin Laursen from the Villans. Spurs already know a great deal about the Dane, having been on the end of three of his goals already this season. Laursen said:

'I've read in the press that those two clubs would be interested in me. I don't know if they have spoken to Aston Villa, I haven't heard anything, but it's two big clubs and it's certainly something that would interest me. However I`m feeling really well with Villa and would be open to extend with them if the terms are right.'
