'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Sam on EMO

With Shola nursing the hip of a 90 year old arthritis victim and Martins currently sunning himself in Malaga awaiting his trip to the ANC, Owen and Viduka look like our potential partnership for the next month. Speaking about his £17m man Big Sam commented:

'It was a real shame at Stoke because he could have come back with a blaze of glory and stuck that one in from Mark Viduka. We are pleased to have him back and hopefully now he will get sharper and sharper as each game goes on and score more and more goals because that's what we are looking for. And I hope that's the case right the way through to the end of the season.'

Due a goal for sure. I think it'll be the consolation in our 4-1 humping off the Mancs on SAturday.

Bless his cotton socks. I think he gets a bad rap on here.
