Away supporters are housed in the lower tier of the North Stand where up to 3,000 fans can be accomodated. If demand requires, part of the Doug Ellis Stand can also be allocated to away fans.
Three sides of the ground have been rebuilt in recent years, and it has always been a remarkable stadium.
There are a number of pubs in the area, but most have bouncers on the door and some charge to get in. The Cap And Gown, formerly the Witton Arms' is a decent pub, and half is given over to away fans. It is only two minutes walk from the away end. Otherwise there is The Harriers on Broadway which is ten minutes away.
The Barton Arms is on High Street.
The ground can be seen from the M6, if you are coming from the North side of Birmingham. Leave the M6 at Junction 6 and take the slip road signposted Birmingham (NE). Turn right at the island (the fourth exit), the ground is well signposted.
Take the short train journey from Birmingham New Street to either Aston or Witton station. Witton station is nearer to the away end and only a few minutes walk.
