Monday, Tuesday, Habib Beye has come out with the now obligatory 'I feel sorry for the fans` line that every right back worth his salt delivers. We`ve heard it from Wor Warren, Stevie Watson and Andy Griffin in the past although Steven Carr is a miserable sod who never talks so we can rule him out. Now the former Marseille man has officially become a Newcastle player proper by uttering:
"I feel sorry for our fans. We got back in it, but should have kept the score at 1-1. We're all very disappointed because the possibility of a draw was alive for us. It was a long ball into the box and we didn't win the second ball, which meant Long was able to get his shot in. It's been difficult for us, but we must recover again. We've lost again and we have to work hard to make sure we make things better for everybody at home to Portsmouth.'
