Faye/Fred/Belletti

Faye/Fred/Belletti

As Sam closes in on completing the Abdoulaye Faye deal, the Chronicle has speculated on the fact the big fella is set to receive a whopping £30k a week deal. Not bad work given he was supposedly on less than £7k a week at Bolton.

Meanwhile speculation grows that the Belletti deal is set to be pushed through by the end of the week as well, hopefully leading to those 'Carr to Celtic` rumours coming true. £40k a week seems to be the going rate for the Barca flier.

Finally Fred, the Brazilian Lyon striker, remains another link. Quite why considering our options up front I don`t know…

"hopefully leading to those 'Carr to Celtic` rumours coming true" Hmmm, those "rumours" have come only from Newcastle fans who have put 2 + 2 together and come up with 5..., so, when you put: "we want rid of him and he's Irish", together with: "Well, Celtic sign Irish players..now don't they soooo" its easy to see how the "Carr to Celtic" rumours started....LMAO

Whatever Tic - he's pony, so he'd probably suit you lot down to the ground on the basis of your pre-season performance at our place.
