Tayls called up

Congrats to Steven Taylor on his first call up to the full England side. Following his heroics for the Under 21s in Holland this summer it was always going to be on the cards that 'Two Pools` would make it into Steve McClaren`s full set up this season. With injuries to Woodgate, Terry and King along with Carragher`s international scene departure, the local lad makes it a pretty good start to the season for himself.

Naturally England`s Michael Owen is also in McClaren`s thinking along with Smithy and London`s new comedy double act Dyer and Jenas.
