It`s a funny state of affairs when your team is relying on Celestine Babayaro to get you out of a hole. However news today broke that the Nigerian is over in Germany getting some sort of specialist groin treatment (oh aye!) meaning left back recruits have gone from urgent to absolutely essential. The Chronicle ran with the story that we`ve put a £7m bid in for a defender. Naturally the two main runners and riders were Heinze (unlikely) and Riise (more likely).
However internet rumours are suggesting that the likely suspect might be German international Philip Lahm. More on this when we get it…

Hmmmm, brilliant team, LOL. Everyone says Spurs have went long without a trophy but how long have Newcastle went without success? 50 years or something like that. we had half a team last season with injuries and still managed to do you lot over twice.. still not over it i can see. Im sure martins goal that night gave you something to sleep on. Too bad for spurs that even with a full team they aint shiiiit. Pathetic supporters supporting a wasted team. Stop the envy... It only makes me smile :)

Yeah we are really envious of £17 million injury prone Michael Owen, don't forget Rozhenal or whatever his name is, let's not forget Ameobi, Dyer, Ramage and co. Our squad team is better than your first team!!! Yes, you lost twice to an injured newcastle side. You must be proud. So what if you finished 5th? Your not gonna achieve anything greater and your whole forum knows it. Just read your own posts. Just how you got flushed out the UEFA cup. No hope! Our current squad smacks yours out the way.. talking about top 5? look back down the years...then come back to me..
