Looking at the squad in the cold light of today, it`s finally clicked on to Big Sam where the weakest links lie. It`s unsurprising to see the two wastrels Carr and Babayaro linked to the exit door:

• Steven Carr - The Journal is speculating he`ll be off up to join Wee Gordon up at Celtic. Roundly hated by our fans for being largely sh*te, overweight and suffering from Angry Little Man Syndrome;

• Celestine Babayaro - The Invisible Man has been trousering somewhere in the region of £50k a week to be a bone idle treatment table regular. Sporting Lisbon have been knocked back in a loan move for him but are set to move for him permanently. More fool them;

• Geremi - Said to have been at Benton yesterday. Odds on West Ham coming in and offering £20k above what he wants? Probable;

• Habib Beye - Still soaking up the sunshine wherever he is;
