Shep is a good mate of Gibson`s so no doubt this has got tongues wagging. Lambo added, caking himself:
'Absolute rubbish. Middlesbrough FC belongs to the town and we are just the current custodians. At the end of the day I hope we can hand it over in a better state than when we took it on.'
