Fists Thrown At Fulham?

Lee Clark has dismissed reports claiming that he and Fulham manager Chris Coleman had a bust up in the tunnel following the game at Craven Cottage on Saturday. Reports suggested the pair grappled in the tunnel but Clark insists that this could not be further from the truth. Lee Clark spent several seasons at Fulham before returning to Tyneside in the summer.

The player admitted that he exchanged words with Coleman because of a tackle on Fulham player Tomasz Radzinski that saw Clark booked.

Clark: “What has been reported as happened could not be further from the truth. Yes, we had words. I was angry because when I was booked I felt Tomasz Radzinski had dived and tried to have me sent off. I told Chris this but he had to protect his own player. However, things are still fine with us - although I have to say I have had a horrible week.”
