Tone turfs up at Latics

Tone turfs up at Latics

Following the Titan turning up at the JJB this morning, it swiftly became two ex-Magpies for joy for Wigan as they snapped up Antoine Sibierski (Ed - aye righto. We'll see about that come May next year).

Chris Hutchings was lavish in his praise for our former super Sib:

'Antoine is a player I have admired a lot ever since he came to England. He is strong and committed and will give everything to the cause. He is a player who can fill a number of different positions, in midfield or as a striker and I'm delighted to be able to add him to the squad.'

We'd like to wish Sib the Sexist all the best for next season, bar the two games against us.

Thanks for these two. I know one wont be too missed by yerselves, but if it gets our buying started I wont be too bothered, we need another nine now. ps is Bramble really as bad as 'they' make him out to be?

Wasn't Siberski your best player last season?
