Parker fee agreed

It`s come across the wires this morning that NUFC and West Ham have officially agreed an undisclosed fee for Scott Parker. Given the reaction on the poll we`re running it seems that whilst people are sad to see him go, he`s hardly indispensable, with a quarter of you very happy to be receiving the fee being mooted (£7.5m to £8m). Once the deal goes through we`ll be running a short poll on who you want to take Parker`s place as captain of the team.

Meanwhile our central defender hunt goes on, with Fiorentina`s Czech hardman Tomas Ujfalusi being linked with moves to us and Fulham.

More than happy with the money for this one. I reckon he'll do a good turn for the Hammers though once he's back in London.

Good money for a decent, not amazing but decent player, i'd have the money hoenstly, as long as you get to spend it on who you want.

Joey Barton by the looks of things. We'll soon see which is the better deal.

(never was a fan) as previously said..his crab like style running round like a headless chicken doesnt go down with my support. although he does like a good tackle.. stick with butt, off with crab boy. No complaints for 8 mil :)

Wouldn't might that Czech bloke. Despite his girly hair he's hard as nails.

Delighted with the money. We can do some real defensive rebuilding with the brass from Parker.
