Owen: still no 'I`m staying`

In a blatant chance to confirm his future for next season, England`s Michael Owen has ducked any pledges of loyalty to Newcastle, instead following the middle ground of leaving his options open. In a move that really has got a lot of Newcastle fans` backs up, patience is running low with his silence over a key aspect of our summer squad rebuilding. EMO said:

I've had a good chat with Sam about his plans for Newcastle. He came to the England team hotel last week to have a chat with me and Kieron Dyer. He's going to shake the place up. He sounded thorough, talking about everything from dietary advice to injury prevention, as well as improving results. We're planning to meet again when he returns from holiday.'
