'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Fee agreed with Hammers

News coming through today is that Scott Parker is set to meet with West Ham officials today to thrash out the personal terms of the move. However, where there's an English midfielder available, there's inevitably European Uberpower Tottenham Hotspur. Not happy enough with their Gift Aid donation of £7m for the Goldfish Jenas, they seem happy to help us drive up the price for our skipper. Ideal.

Jenas never said that - the media did. he loves the club and still has a house there! Please ignore the hacks!
its quiet at the lib
Least we could do! Lol Although not so sure that 9mil for ol'headless chicken was a bargin!
Gavaldinho
And i hear Joey Bartons coming in to replace him!? Got rid of Bowyer and in with Barton. Class act.

After the scrap between Bowyer and Dyer, I can't wait to see the fighting with Barton!! I wonder who his first victim will be?
MJ_INC
i didnt want him when we got him but jenas has brought us goals from midfield and incredible work rate. he has everything required to be a top player if only he imposes himself a bit more on games and cuts out a few of the careless mistakes. all in all, im glad we have him even though i really didn't want him when he first came. however, i will not be happy to see us shell out on a mediocrity like Parker!

You geordies will get relegated this season, your selling your best players and the new manager will finish the job that Souness and Roedent started.

True point you barcodes will go down this season dont care really. Jenas for £7M so what how many players did you lot buy from us one Stephen Carr we bought a few from you Ginola, Ferdinand and JJ so what.

N Parker is a Spurs fan and European football next season.
anil60
Kevin Scott as well as Ruel Fox. I know who got the better deals from those transfers. Relegated? With Ashley's cash injection coming to Tyneside I'd say Spurs are more likely to start missing out on Europe once Sports World's cheque book gets opened.

Newcastle are very poor, badly managed from the top for the last decade, will take a few years for the new management team to sort your mess out, by that time the Yids will be light years ahead. Also, fans with delusions greater than ours will eventually lose patience with lack of success and the whole circus that is Newcastle will start all over again.

Jenas has been very good for us and I highly doubt Parker will come to us. There isnt one Newcastle player that I would want in our team anymore. And it will be a miracle if Newcastle achieve anything next season. The barcodes are a mess! COYS

I really feel sorry for the second best supporters in the country.Your club treat you like MUPPETS!!!

The infrastructure is in place and SAm will shift a lot of the deadwood this summer. I think Spurs are resting on their laurels a lot. We'll see come next season when you're moaning about the shift Dyer has put in for you.
