Bramble medical expected

Bramble medical expected

Newspaper reports are speculating that the Titan will have his medical down at Pompey some time this week. Ironically it`s been said that the mackems were even interested in him but the same sources allege he snubbed them in favour of wanting a clean break from the region and the chance to potentially play with Sol Campbell. Fair dos. In the end it looks like leaving Birmingham and Fulham still chasing new centre halves.

We'd rather have Wilfred Bramble at Pompey. Oh Harry we hope you know what you're doing with this muppet.

Let's hope he (Arry) brings the best out the lad. He's gonna have to play some great stuff if he wants to try and keep Linvoy out of our side.

Oh no, there goes Europe for next year. He'll not get a game, Campbell, Primus, Distin and Bramble

looking at your poll Favourite rumoured signing so far? Suggested By: Mark Viduka 8% Tal Ben Haim 55% Nicolas Anelka 4% J Lloyd Samuel 4% Sol Campbell 12% Louis Saha 3% Kevin Nolan 14% Not a chance with any of these i dont think. You are asking players to leave teams that are on the up, to join Newcastle who have had as many managers as players in the past few years. Too unsettled i think for the big names being touted.

Viduka - out of contract. Ben Haim - out of contract. Anelka - probably fancies a change after a season. Samuel - out of contract. Saha- first victim of Fergie's axe for being too injury prone. Sol - piping some Geordie lass. Nolan - staying put.

Samuel I'd like, Anelka attitude problem or not could be great. Nolan would surely jump ship and come?

Looks like Nolan's nailed his colours to the Bolton mast. Think he's hanging on for Liverpool coming in for him. Anelka wouldn't be a bad replacement if Martins sods off to Juve.

Vital Pre-Match - Newcastle v Crystal Palace

A draw against Liverpool was certainly a point gained than points lost as at half time at Anfield we were dead and buried. Alan Pardew's Crystal Palace must be beaten though!
