Brown sounds out Sam
Having made no secret of the fact he admires Sam Allardcye, his former coach and the Reebok and now Hull manager, South Shields born Phil Brown has sounded out our new boss about a coaching position. Speaking out Brown said:
'Sam knows my situation and I know his, so in the next 48 hours something might have moved on but something might not have moved on.'
However it looks like current Carlisle boss Neil McDonald remains the hot favourite to be his new assistant.
