'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Nobby sounds out Sam

Speaking to the papers and his Icons` site, Nobby has probably done himself no favours with the prospective new management by speaking out about ditching long ball tactics. Our Peruvian wizard said:

"Sam Allardyce is a name that has gone around, although we don`t know anything officially. Whoever comes, we as employees have to be available to do what he wants us to do. Bolton have a very direct style of play and it`s one of the most criticised systems in the Premier League. Allardyce did good things there, but I don`t think that the Bolton style would suit here. If he comes, I think he should change the style in order to suit the current Newcastle players. The fans deserve to see better football than what they`ve seen at St James` Park this year."

Right sentiments Nobby lad, probably not the best timing.

I AGREE BIG TIME. In fact I think its perfect timing too.. FKUC LONG BALLS. attractive football is what we want so if sam dont like it dont fking take the position. Gd on u Sol.
Toon4LiFe
Given Allardyce's hardline attitude I don't want him making an example out the nobster.
SirLes
Solano's on thin ice here. Who's to say he's even going to get into the team?
Brighton White
He probably won't. Allardyce will have the nous to actually bring in a specialist right back, rather than use Carr or Nobby. Can't see him getting past Milner in midfield either. I think a move to boca might come a season quicker.
SirLes
keep it schtum Nobbler.
Roy4Triggs
Well if it is big sam who comes in thats the first player out of the door.
will it ever happen
