'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Lille lad linked

Starting off with the improbable are the rumours that the last two members of the Bling Boy Baby Bentley Brigade could be on their way out the club. Murmurings suggest the Pompey may be interested in taking both Titus Bramble and Kieron Dyer off our hands, the former on a Bosman, the latter on a mercy killing. Whilst to many a Newcastle fan this would seem like a blessing from above, lets not get too carried away. Can you ever see anyone matching Dyer`s 80k a week? Not me.

The other link is for Lille defender Nicolas Plestan. In what could again just be another agent planting pay rise seeds in the fertile earth of the transfer market, the 25 year old has said he`ll be waiting until the summer to decide his future. Oh, and Pompey want him too.

Dyer away - I'd spend a night in a sandwich with Vanessa Feltz and Janet Street Porter to see that come true.

Hi as a Pompey fan, i think there has been good blood between us and you over the years, with players going in both directions. However, if you lot really want Dyer out that badly, is it because he is poor, or over paid... Or both?
Midge
injury prone, over paid. On his day a great player but he doesn't have enough days.
GeordieBoy
Sorry don't want Tit Bramble, at he is championship fodder. Dyer is obviously overpaid at £80k a week. Take him only on a pay as you play. Doubtful if we would be interested, have enough problems with our own Lua Lua. Swap deal maybe?
storagematt
Dyer represents everything that is wrong with football. In his time with Newcastle he must be close to having earned £25m in wages, without delivering anything. He's been hyped as the next big thing from 19 years old up to 26. Add to that numerous off-field shenanighans and you've got the king of the bad apples.
Roy4Triggs
No thanks about LuaLua. His heads firmly stuck up his ar5e.
