Halsey named as ref for Sunday

Halsey named as ref for Sunday

Ahead of the Chelsea game we`ve been dealt the hand of Mark Halsey to ref Sunday`s big match against the Champions. Halsey has already reffed us 4 times so far - for both Liverpool games (a 2-0 loss at Anfield and the 2-1 win at SJP), the Portsmouth home game (1-0 win) and the 2-1 win at Bramall Lane.

There you go Chelsea, 3 points. Might as well not bother turning up, he loves the London clubs.

anyone name any decent referees? I like Uriah Rennie, only for comedy value obviously but you have to start somewhere.

I quite like Mark Clattenberg. Then again he is a Newcastle fan so will never ref us. Rennie, Webb and Bennett are the dregs of the PL. Halsey is decent like.

Graham Poll is up there with the worst. Gallagher was always quite good along with Durkin.
