Having undertaken a week long trial with the lads former Olympiakos defender Erol Bulut has been let go of without earning a contract according to Glenn Roeder. Having been brought over seemingly just as Emre`s holiday pal, the 30-odd year old was never likely to figure in a future transfer policy the boss has outlined as being 'under 25s only`. Again it leaves us without a left back although having watched the mackems play Southampton on Sky yesterday I`d been keen to lump some serious eggs in the 'sign Gareth Bale` basket. The kid looks mustard.
