Lee Clark said after the game 'I thought the boys were excellent tonight and I would've been disappointed with a draw to be honest, let alone the defeat. It's a couple of silly mistakes which have cost us, but the lads will learn from that. I'm gutted for them because they really deserved the win and have given it their all. Again we have passed the ball exceptionally well and created some good chances, enough to win the game.'
