Rod The Plod At St James Park

Rod the Plod is coming to Newcastle!

The tiger skin trousered rocker Rod Stewart will perform a concert at St James Park on Monday June 25 as part of his Greatest Hits Tour.

Do his greatest hits include Rachel Hunter?

Rod was quoted on NUFC as saying: 'This time it's all the rockers. I'm putting the Great American Song Book away and opening up the Greatest Hits Book. I'm going back to my roots, doing all my favourite songs. The shows in the US have been lots of fun and I can't wait to play in the UK.'

Tickets cost £55 and £65 and are on sale now at the Newcastle United Box Office on 0191 2611571

Personally, I'd rather stick pins in my eyes, but there you go.

one for the lasses but I'm with you, I'd not be seen dead there, although I wouldn't go as far as sticking pins in my eyes, maybe just my arm. What was the number again! ;-)
