For four or five months now the team has picked itself, which I believe is not a healthy situation.

Personally I cannot wait to make the decisions on team selections that a manager has to make. For me it's not a problem. It's not being disrespectful to the kids but the fact is we've had so many games this year when it's been difficult to make a substitution confident it will change the game. Those decisions are easy because I always know in my own mind what the starting team's going to be.'
