West Ham raids in the pipeline

The Daily Mail says Reo-Coker will be the first player to leave West Ham in an end of season exodus even if they overcome overwhelming odds and avoid Premiership relegation, having been pilloried by his own fans this season.

The former Wimbledon midfielder is wanted by ourselves while Manchester United may make a bid for the 22-year-old if they fail to sign Owen Hargreaves from Bayern Munich. Tottenham still want Re-Coker to add some aggression to their midfield. The Mail also goes with us signing Anton Ferdinand as well.

The Times meanwhile believes we are hot favourites to sign Dean Ashton from them when they go down, with the striker hopeful of forcing his way into the England set up for Euro 2008.
