Colback's Days Numbered At NUFC

Colback's Days Numbered At NUFC

We said the other day that there were reports that Jack Colback looked likely to be leaving with him looking like missing the 25 man premier league squad cut.

Since then, there has been further developments with a story that has appeared in the Daily Mail.

Craig Hope who is the man who reports for them up here on Tyneside and he wrote of a bust up that has happened with Colback and the club.

It was said that Colback was training on a pitch away from where the main action was before one of the players involved got an injury and Colback was asked to fill in for him.Colback supposedly said he wouldn't which got Rafa Benitez in a strop and he then made him train on his own.

Whether it's true or not is one thing but Craig Hope is generally spot on with his news so the chances of Colback playing for us again are slim to non-existent.

Depending on wage demands, Colback would suit a number of championship sides.
