'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Why Newcastle?

I have never known a club like Newcastle. Albert Luque is the latest foreign import to want to fly the roost, and he had only been here a month when rumours were doing the rounds saying he wasn't happy.

Of the current squad Emre and Oba Martins are another two who are said to be looking for a way out. So what is it about the Toon? David Ginola, Didi Domi, Dietmar Hamann and Alain Goma all had no problem with the country (and all moved to English clubs) but they all wanted away from St James' Park.

Luque is an unlikely target for Barcelona and the Spaniard has told Glenn Roeder loud and clear that he cannot wait to get away, while has also made it clear he will not stand in his way.

Roeder: 'I will tell you the truth - he just wasn't brought (to Manchester) in the 18. He is an experienced player and if you are not going to use him in the starting line-up or on the substitutes' bench, I see little point in bringing someone of his senior standing in the game.'

FFS let him go he cant cut it in prem , and as for earlier comments and chopra he was the same , luque 5m emre 8 to bayer , bramble 1/2 ti ipswich and millner to villa for 4 , gives rodea 17 mill to try and save us from ccc next year , buy a left back , 2 center back and at least 1 big strong striker , butt and parker in center dyre if he can last more than 2 weeks to play on right , drop duff , play zog , and let fight ourselves to saftey

couple of things wrong coop1407, Dyer will not play on the right and he is much better in the centre ne way, milner should not be sold as he is quality, duff has showed flashes of wat he can do, but i do agree zog need more appearances in the starting line up or he will leave, probably joining arsenal, as for luque can u remember the last time he played 3 games in a row, he is disinterested bcause roeder is disinterested in him, half a mil for bramble, dream on, we'd be as well terminating his contract paying him off just we never have to rely on him again. Chopra was never given a real chance, but i did feel he was too small to come up against most prem centre defenders
