'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Position Still Vacant At NUFC

It's no secret that the only reason Alan Pardew was employed to be manager of our club was to provide the propaganda speak that allows Mike Ashley to get away with murder on the financial front.

Today proved beyond all doubt that there are no words to disguise the massive problems there are at Newcastle United.

We may have got a shot on target against a poor Aston Villa side, in fact we managed that 4 times but the fact that we haven't got an established striker to slot any chances away, can't be buried under untruths.

The media sites and the likes of Sky with all their fiddly graphics may have us down as being amongst the top spenders but the reality of that is, they use a system that is flawed.

We've sold to spend but in the wrong positions.

We bought 2 young strikers and a man in the hole but we already had Hatem Ben Arfa before Alan Pardew went in his huff with him. The fact that he's being allowed to rot is as great a disgrace as the fraudulent way in which we haven't spent nowt.

Papiss Cisse may yet come in and come good but it's a hell of a gamble to take. Ashley likes his gambles but with a crowd that is gonna turn earlier this year than seasons before if things don't kick on, a spend is a must on a big forward.

With 32 million extra TV money and plenty of unspent transfer window cash from seasons before, we should get that hole filled.

There's no excuse.
