NUFC Incoming List Exhausted

NUFC Incoming List Exhausted

In what is no great secret and in line with some of our predictions that Mike Ashley will only invest what we have recouped, Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette ruled out a move to St James Park.

Speaking on French TV for CanelPlus, amongst his quotes he said that he would be staying at Lyon for another year, although he didn't rule out leaving next Summer by stating:

Yes, for me it is sure that I stay for another year, after that, we'll see.

This follows on from the Loic Remy debacle and the many other decent strikers that have been linked but haven't committed to us for varying reasons, although the lack of decent ambition from Ashley to make a net spend or pay a decent wage can't be ruled out.

Speculation has been rife in the usual papers that we're gonna make a bid for Wilfried Zaha but as no-one from the club speaks and the fact that this would see a dipping in to the increased TV money that is filling the clubs coffers, this can be filed beside the many lies that propagate around the area.

Apart from that, the list is exhausted unless we see another outgoing and without accussing anyone of anything, I bet we suddenly become active.
