Ben Arfa May Be Pawn In Lacazette Deal

A French media site, Get French Football, reported earlier that Lyon may be interested in taking outcast Hatem Ben Arfa back to France.

This is the club with the notoriously unpredictable Jean Michel Aulas in charge though and he's known to be hard to deal with.

This time though, the shoe could be on the other foot and we can get some sort of payback by either being difficult sellers or to try to wangle a deal for one of their strikers.

Let's not forget that recent target Alexandre Lacazette plays for Lyon with the striker having a 15 million price on his head, so a Ben Arfa 'swop' could technically half that.

Let's also not forget that Clement Grenier plays for them as well and with attacking midfielders being as scarce as strikers, he could also be a target.

With a minimal or no net spend this Summer, a deal could be in the offing.
