NUFC Continue To Disrespect The Fans

NUFC Continue To Disrespect The Fans

Loyalty is a word banded about now and then. In football, the word and Newcastle United's fans are never too far away from being mentioned.

It's been that way for the full 40 odd years that ive been on planet earth and god knows how many years before that.

However, there has come a point in my life that my classification of loyalty may have been mixed up with fickleness because of the many horrible things that happen under the ownership of Mike Ashley and friends.

I used the 'loyalty' card to continue to sit in the library-like atmosphere that St James' Park has now become under them to watch an utter shambolic storyline pan out that wouldn't be too far removed from one of today's soap opera's or even one that could have been arranged behind closed doors like a certain American sport that Alan Pardew could be part of with his idiotic pretence of a head butt gone wrong away at Hull.

Hulk Hogan he aint though.

The latest disrespect for the money, time, effort and many other emotional tie's is the Loic Remy saga in that in Remy's version of the story, he was allowed to fake injury by Pardew to miss the Lverpool game incase he got injured for the forthcoming World Cup but as expected, Pardew denied this.

I, like many others, wont be in my usual seat next season because we're not being disrespected anymore by the pretence that we're anything resembling a football club.

Any signings we do make will be what Ashley thinks will be enough to keep the club safe away from the relegation zone in order to protect a massive hidden profit he makes from the club each season.

Things like stadium sponsorship and club shop sales all having their cash diverted away to the Sh** Direct coffers.

Whilst the fickle support the shambles that has arisen, Ashley bleeds every last ounce out of the beast we once were that the likes of Jackie Milburn, Len White, Joe Harvey, Malcolm McDonald, Kevin Keegan, Sir Bobby and Alan Shearer as well as the many hundred that I can't mention had created along with our fantastic support until all we'll be left with is a carcass.

The time for people to switch on and out of their slumber towards the club is long past but not too late to make a difference in trying to oust the cancer we have within it because the disrespect will continue as long as we allow it.
