'If It's Football, It's Vital'

NUFC v Cardiff Match Thread

It's a few hours before kick off of a game that should be a home banker, Alan Pardew has littered the airwaves with some bizarre statements that could've had him locked up at St Nicks hospital.

Not going to mention any of his daft comments cos we all know them and it gives me a brain freeze thinking about them.

About the match - Pardew has said that this is the only match they are bothered about, implying they didn't want to try against Arsenal (which they didn't) and Liverpool (which they won't). Probably to secure a top 10 finish knowing uncle Mike will be well happy that he can lay his greasy mits on this bonus.

How you can reward your managers with a bonus for being average is a bit strange.

Can't be arsed to look at the injuries for both teams as I'm not even interested. I fully expect a defeat although I fear it could be job done and Pardew escapes by the skin of his teeth yet again.

2-1 Cardiff but really couldn't care less
