Parker Warns Team-Mates

Newcastle skipper Scott Parker has warned his team mates they must find another gear to get out of this relegation zone, and he also felt aggrieved that referee Mike Dean did not award the Magpies a spot-kick against Charlton.

Parker: 'You see the way we played - it should have been over. There was a blatant penalty with Duff going down. It's not going for us, we have got to dig in and take some great positives.

'We are missing key players but we think our squad is good enough. We thoroughly deserved to win the game, we passed them off the field at times.'
