High Noon Approaches For Pardew

The last ten days or so have been dictated by a leading of the head by our manager Alan Pardew.

Tuesday will see Pardew face an F.A. hearing and in it, he will put forward his case as well as receive his punishment.

At best, he'll get a touchline ban on top of an admittal that his smug personality is out of control but the main fear for officials of NUFC is that he'll get a complete stadium ban for as long as ten games.

Talk of anger management is pointless because it's not anger issues that causes these 'flash points', it's his need to live up to the crowd or his inability or lack of nouse to fill the role that he has here on Tyneside. It's a job too big for him.

Regardless, it's alleged that things will be as normal as possible in any touchline ban with John Carver stepping up to man the technical area.

Hopefully he keeps his temper under wraps and is as professional as possible.
