Private NUFC Battle Intensifies

Putting any real reason or hidden theory to one side as to why Joe Kinnear is actually here at Newcastle United, the private war of words between him and Alan Pardew intensified this week.

We don't promise to be 'ITK' twitter masters or any sort of psychologists here at Talk of the Tyne but we like to comment on what things we actually witness and lay opinion as to the who's, what's, when's and what for's? and what we have witnessed in the press, just solidifies our belief that there is great tension at present.

In no way do we believe very much in the press anyway but direct quotes are easy to analyse and can create your own opinion.

Alan Pardew was recently questioned as to why we haven't made any senior signings and in the mix of his usual spin of comment, he basically tried to turn the heat up on Kinnear in a joking or sarcastic manner.

Kinnear hit back by stating the club will be aiming for top 4.

Maybe, us at ToTT are being mega analytical but we generally get most things correct.

Watch this space I suppose.

There is a saying in work, your paid to work with him,not to like him!! How very true that is,unless the tension between them is so bad that it stops any constructive work or plans being carried out!! The loser will always be the company!! in this case nufc plc.mike Ashley neds to get this sorted out, while his D O F and team manager are scoring points off of one another,my football team is going down the pan!! Get a grip Ashley and sort it.

Or maybe they are all on the same side. Maybe this is just a smokescreen - the bottom line is that we've signed no one. If Pardew isn't happy, he can always resign. If Ashley isn't happy, he can always make improvements. Note I say improvements, not changes.
