Ranger Departure Short and Sweet

From what was a potentially promising career to a departure in probably the shortest NUFC club statement in history, reading,

Newcastle United can confirm that Nile Ranger has today left the club by mutual consent.

the footballing life of Nile Ranger has certainly turned full circle.

In all that is wrong with the game today, justice is seen to be done, so however the club and him came to this decision, it is the right one for everyone as it shows the youngsters at the club that lack of discipline or hard work will cost you in the end.

Young kids earning vast sums of cash can send some of them off the rails or make them think they are invincible from harm.

Anyway, Ranger leaves us with memories of playing a highly promising game against Liverpool a couple of years ago which showed he could be a future England international but ultimately as a lazy so and so who thought he had made the big time without trying.

His career here spanned about four years, which contained 52 appearances and a solitary 2 goals.

Goodbye Mr Big Shot.
